We aggregate, organize, and present publicly available information about proprietary trading firms, including challenge structures, pricing, profit splits, trading rules, supported platforms, and payout methods. PF Matrix does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. The information on our Platform is for general informational and comparison purposes only. You should not interpret any content on PF Matrix as a recommendation to sign up with, invest in, or trade with any particular prop firm. Always conduct your own due diligence before making financial decisions.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of PF Matrix, such as submitting reviews and saving favorites, require you to create an account. You may register using an email address and password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary. PF Matrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is used in a manner that could harm the Platform or its users.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@pfmatrix.com. Upon account deletion, your personal information will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PF Matrix for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate reviews, ratings, or comparison data through fake accounts, coordinated activity, or any other deceptive means.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or systems connected to PF Matrix.
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful or disruptive content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, including prop trading firms listed on PF Matrix.

PF Matrix reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PF Matrix, including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, comparison tools, and software, is the property of PF Matrix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written permission.

The PF Matrix name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PF Matrix. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

6. Affiliate Links Disclosure

PF Matrix may include affiliate links to prop trading firms listed on our Platform. When you click on an affiliate link and sign up with a firm, PF Matrix may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings, reviews, comparison data, or editorial content. Our firm data is collected and presented objectively based on publicly available information. 7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PF Matrix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By submitting User Content, you grant PF Matrix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. User Content must be based on genuine experience and must not contain false statements, personal attacks, hate speech, spam, or promotional material.
